Billy’s rage in Emmerdale as Joe’s to blame for Clemmie going missing

Billy Fletcher looking angry in Emmerdale.

Clemmie Reed (Mabel Addison) goes missing in upcoming scenes from this week’s Emmerdale – sending Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) into a rage at Joe Tate (Ned Porteous).

Joe’s found himself in the shoes of unlikely family man since his affair with Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley), who comes part and parcel with kids Clemmie, Lucas and Evan.

He didn’t exactly get off to a good start with Clemmie either, who caught them kissing and confirmed Billy’s suspicions that his wife had, indeed, left him for another man.

Joe clashed with Clemmie in an attempt to keep her quiet – earning him a bite for his trouble – and turned menacing when she rejected his attempts at bribery.

The fallout from the affair culminated in Joe being pushed out of a window at Lydia Dingle’s (Karen Blick) birthday party, a crime to which Dawn confessed.

The pair are back on something of an even keel since then, although his idea of childminding still leaves something to be desired.
