Frustrated after ex-boyfriend Jacob deserted her over his concerns about her life-threatening anemia, Sarah has decided to live life to the fullest. She’s found romance with petty criminal Commie, joining him in his stolen vehicle enterprise. Commie even got a job at the garage, working alongside Sarah and her grandfather, Cain. However, Cain fired them last week after a customer accused Commie of scratching his car, leading to Sarah’s backchat and the customer canceling his contract.
Next week, Sarah decides to get revenge on Cain. She distracts him and steals the keys to his BMW, then instructs Commie to grab the car for a joyride. But the scheme goes terribly wrong when Jacob sees Commie speeding away in Cain’s car. Unaware of Sarah’s involvement, Jacob calls the police on his love rival! Shortly after, PC Swirling pulls over Cain’s car on Robblesfield Way, only to discover Sarah in the driver’s seat. Sarah gives Swirling some lip, but she’s quickly humiliated when the police insist on inspecting the boot. As Sarah is arrested, how will Jacob react when he realizes he accidentally grassed her up?!

Tracy’s life is about to unravel as her betrayal of Eric is exposed in a very public and humiliating way! Struggling financially after Nate’s disappearance, single mother Tracy has been secretly pocketing cash from Eric’s till, admitting to Ella before her death that the sum taken was in the thousands. Tracy has been distraught by Nate’s apparent ghosting, unaware that he’s actually lying dead in a lake outside the village.
Tracy is already humiliated by her actions, especially as Eric has been praising her work. She panics when she discovers Eric is preparing to review the accounts to sell the business. It doesn’t take long for Eric to realize the figures don’t add up, but rather than suspecting Tracy, he blames himself, attributing the errors to his struggles with Parkinson’s. Tracy feels immense guilt as Eric continues to thank her for her support.
