Emmerdale star Bradley Johnson has shared a sweet social media post celebrating a huge baby milestone.

The actor, who plays Vinny Dingle in the ITV soap, welcomed son Albie with fiancée Sammie Johnstone in November last year.

Celebrating six months of their baby boy, Bradley shared an adorable video on his Instagram page of the youngster reaching for a small wooden plaque reading “six months”.

Another snap shows the infant smiling with the small cloud-shaped sign, while a third shows him posing with his mouth wide open.

Bradley wrote in the caption: “6 months of Albie. How you’ve brought so much love and joy into our life! We love you so much little man ❤️.”

His Emmerdale co-stars shared the love with Albie on his big milestone, with Paula Lane writing: “He’s a mini you! 😍.”

Amy Wyatt star Natalie Ann Jamieson said that she “loves this guy,” while Kammy Hadiq actor Shebz Miah added: “It’s the cheeks for me.”

Bradley announced the birth of his son on his social media pages last year, sharing a photo of Albie lying in a crib, wearing a “hello world” knitted onesie.

“Albie Jake Johnson. You are absolutely everything ❤️,” he wrote in the caption.

Bradley regularly updates his followers on his personal life, including the news that he and Sammie got engaged in 2023 after two years together.

The post also featured a close-up shot of the diamond ring outside the Colosseum, with the caption, “When in Rome……,” and a ring emoji.

His soap character Vinny has had a less positive time on screen lately, after confiding in his mum Mandy his doubts that he can be a good father to Gabby Thomas’ son Thomas.

After the couple finally moved in together, Vinny has struggled with his increased responsibilities in Thomas’ upbringing, and has struggled with disciplining the child for fears of losing his temper like his own father.
