So far, The Madison is the only upcoming series confirmed by the Paramount Network directly. The series is reportedly set in the Yellowstone universe, starring Matthew Fox (Lost) and Michelle Pfeiffer. However, the two stars will not play characters with the last name Dutton. The Madison will follow a new family named The Clyburns. As to when the series premieres? Your guess is as good as mine.

Dutton Ranch: Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser’s Spin-off

Yellowstone actress Kelly Reilly (Beth Dutton) confirmed in one of her own Instagram comments that her spin-off with her on-screen husband Cole Hauser (Rip Wheeler) was currently in production. Paramount has yet to confirm the news, but Bloomberg claims that the series, tentatively titled Dutton Ranch, is due out this fall.

Following 1923, Sheridan reportedly plans to keep the prequel series alive with 1944. Yellowstone fans haven’t heard much about the next installment since Paramount announced plans for the series back in late 2023. Is a World War II-era Dutton family story still in the cards?

Luke Grimes’s ‘Yellowstone’ Spin-Off

According to Puck’s Matthew Belloni, Luke Grimes is reportedly in talks to star in his own Yellowstone spin-off for CBS. Bloomberg also reported that the spin-off is due out in 2026. Grimes seemed fairly done with his Yellowstone character when he spoke to Esquire in December, but the actor has yet to comment on the latest development.

A while back, reports floated around that Paramount was considering a Yellowstone spin-off following the 6666 Ranch. Sheridan purchased the famous Texas ranch himself back in 2021, and even began featuring it more and more throughout Yellowstone when he sent Jimmy (Jefferson White) to cowboy school. Since then, Yellowstone fans have heard very little about a possible 6666 spin-off.

2024 Sequel

In November 2023, reports surfaced that Matthew McConaughey was in talks to continue Yellowstone after season 5 with a sequel spin-off. The working title at the time was 2024. However, McConaughey seemingly moved on… and now it’s 2025. The future of Yellowstone remains up in the air. Hopefully, Paramount is still putting together a plan.
